Connecting Binance

How do I connect my Binance account?
  1. In Mijhar, open Account, then Connect Binance. Our server generates a public key for you. Copy it.
  2. On Binance, open API Management, create a Self-generated key, and paste the public key.
  3. Enable spot trading only, and keep withdrawals, transfers, margin and futures turned off.
  4. Choose to restrict access to trusted IPs, and add our server address 161.97.99.108.
  5. Copy the API Key from Binance and paste it into Mijhar. We check the permissions and tell you the result.

You can also use a classic Binance key (API key and secret), and we encrypt the secret the moment it arrives. The first method is safer, because no secret passes through your phone.

What is your server IP address?

Our server address today: 161.97.99.108

Add it to the trusted IP list of your key on Binance. The app always shows the current address on the Connect Binance page, so if it ever changes, you will find the new one there.

Why did the app reject my key?

Usually because it has withdrawal, transfer, margin or futures permissions, or it is not restricted to our server IP, or spot trading is turned off. The app tells you the exact reason. Fix the key on Binance and ask for a new check from the same page.

Can you withdraw from my account?

No. The key we accept has no withdrawal permission, and we check this when you connect and every day after. Your money stays in your Binance account.

Trading

What happens when I tap pause?

We stop new buys only. The engine keeps selling and protecting your open trades according to your settings. You can also sell any trade yourself from the app with your fingerprint or face.

Do you guarantee profit?

No. Nobody can guarantee profit in trading. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and trading can cost you your capital. That is why we show you every number, profit and loss, so you decide with your eyes open.

How is the trial different from real trading?

The trial is a virtual $1,000 portfolio that follows the engine's trades for a week, with no real money and no Binance connection. Its results are simulated, and real execution may differ in prices and fees.

Notifications

I am not getting notifications
  • Make sure notifications are allowed for Mijhar in your phone settings.
  • Make sure they are on inside the app, under Account, then Notifications.
  • Focus or Do Not Disturb modes can block them.
  • If they still do not arrive, sign out and sign back in so we register your phone again.

Notifications are optional, and the app works fully without them.

Why can I not see amounts in notifications?

To protect your privacy, the lock screen shows the coin and percentage only. You can turn amounts on in the notification settings inside the app.

Subscription and account

How do I cancel my subscription?
  • iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Mijhar, or the App Store subscriptions page.
  • Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, or the Google Play subscriptions page.
  • Or the Manage subscription button inside the app.

Canceling stops the renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

I changed phones. How do I get my subscription back?

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account, and tap Restore purchases on the plans page.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account, then Delete my account. If you do not have the app, you can request deletion by email. Full details are on the account deletion page.

What data do you collect?

Your Apple or Google account ID without email, your device and notification details, your preferences, your Binance key encrypted, and your trades and balances. Everything is explained in the Privacy Policy.
