Delete your Mijhar account
You can delete your account whenever you want, in the app or by email. Here are the steps, what we delete, and what remains.
Inside the app (fastest)
- Open Mijhar and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read what we delete and what remains. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from Manage subscription, because deleting your account does not cancel it.
- Confirm with your fingerprint or face, and type DELETE in the box.
- We delete your account right away and sign you out of all your devices.
By email, if you do not have the app
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: Mijhar account deletion request.
Because we do not store your email, we need to confirm the account is yours before deleting it. Please include:
- How you sign in: Apple or Google.
- If your account is connected to Binance: your Binance account ID (UID) and the last 4 characters of the connected API key.
- If you never connected Binance: roughly when you signed up, and your phone model.
We reply within 30 days at most, and confirm by email once the deletion is complete. If we cannot match your request to an account, we tell you what we need.
We will never ask for your secret key, your password, or any verification code. If anyone asks for them in our name, do not send them.
What we delete and what remains
What we delete right away
- The link to your Apple or Google account, and we revoke the Apple token if you signed in with Apple.
- Your encrypted Binance key and its encryption key, so it can never come back.
- Your devices, notification tokens and sessions, so you are signed out everywhere.
- Your preferences, trading settings, analyst coins and trial details.
- And we stop any auto trading on your account right away.
What remains and why
- Your closed trades: kept with no link to your identity, as part of the engine's overall statistics. Nothing that identifies you stays with them.
- The security log: kept with no link to your identity, for security and fraud prevention.
- The trial device fingerprint: a hashed value we keep so the free trial cannot repeat on the same device. It does not identify you.
- Encrypted backups: your older data remains in them until their cycle ends. Your key inside them cannot be decrypted, because the master key is never part of a backup.
- Billing records at Apple or Google: governed by the store itself.
Before you delete
- Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it first from App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
- Your open trades and money stay in your Binance account. We no longer manage them after deletion, so decide what to do with them.
- Check your open orders on Binance, and delete the API key from the API Management page there so it ends on both sides.
Full details about your data are in the Privacy Policy.
